Fitness kickboxing, has been sweeping across America as one of the best ways to keep in shape, burn calories, have fun and learn defense skills that could possibly help you out in a real life situation. Yes! You can have fun and get fit at the same time. Fitness kickboxing relieves stress, increases your energy, burns fat, tones muscles in the hip, butt and thigh areas, builds upper body strength and strengthens your core. With regular training, you will change your body on the outside and you will feel different on the inside.

The combination of Martial Arts, boxing skills and strength training will make you burn an outrageous amount of calories per class.

We utilize heavy bags, kicking shields, focus pads, stability balls, free weights…you get the idea! It is never the same class twice. Uniform not required, wear comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and come with a positive attitude. We provide gloves, or you can bring your own. Fitness kickboxing is known by several names: Cardio Karate, Tae Bo,Cardio Kickboxing and Cardio Combat to list a few. Xtreme Kickbox is the preferred choice.

Monday evenings 7:30pm, Wednesday evenings 7:30pm and The 30 minute wake up class: Saturday 8:45am by appointment only.
