Each student’s progress isn’t measured against other students, but rather against their own previous performance!

We know how busy your life is, so our program is designed for the ‘busy’ person! Students can make exciting progress by attending classes an average of twice a week.
Some students will want to attend more classes, and that’s great, we have options for that!

People believe that martial arts training is just another extra curricular activity, that is a misconception.
