BIRTHDAY PARTY DETAILS

Here is everything you need to know about our parties.

  • OUR FAMOUS KARATE GAMES...

    This is a 45- to 60-minute class led by an instructor. It is the most popular feature enjoyed by all children who attend a Blue Life Karate party. The games include the Pushing Game (an all-time favorite), the Sword Game (don’t worry, the “swords” are made of foam), and the Jumping Game. These are just to name a few. The birthday black belt and guests can choose from a list of games that are age-appropriate. Whether your child is five or fifteen, we have a game designed for guests of all ages. Parties are so engaging and exciting that children as young as 3 or 4 years old have a great time!

  • THE PARTY ROOM...

    The party room is spacious with ample table and chairs accommodating up to thirty plus guests. We will provide trash bags for clean up of the party room. parties are so engaging and exciting, children as young as 3- or 4-years-old have a great time!

  • MUSIC SOURCE...

    Bring your favorite music you like to groove to on CD or connect via Bluetooth.

  • PARTY TIME LINE... WHAT DO PARENTS HAVE TO DO AT THE PARTY?

    You get to watch your child and friends have a blast!


    1. Set Up: Arrive 25 to 30 minutes prior to the starting time to set up.
    2. Meet and greet your guests 10 to 15 minutes after the start time.
    3. Warm-up Exercises, led by the instructor, take 15 to 20 minutes to limber up prior to Karate games.
    4. Karate Games, led by the instructor, take 45 minutes and equal quite a workout!
    5. Refreshments/Birthday Cake: Your children will have worked up quite an appetite by now! This is a self-serve event.
    6. Warm Up + Karate Games + Food & Drink + Friends & Family = Happy, Tired Children and a birthday celebration to remember!

    Our goal is to make this the best party your child has ever had and the most relaxing party you’ve ever thrown.


    Our instructors will make your child feel like a rock star and keep the guests engaged in our fun activities.

    Deposit: $150.00 guarantees your reservation.


    Our parties can be tailored for the complete beginner or the long-time student of the martial arts.
